Description
The RUB PM-S is an optional software for the RUB PM module.
The optional Software allows the PM module to provide SNMP monitoring functionalities.
The Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) enables the interconnected Rubidium Timecode system to be monitored by a centralized network management software. All status and setup information can be queried for every module that is compatible and present in the system. The accordance to SMIv1 (RFC 1065 or RFC 1212) and SMIv2 (RFC2578) ensures compatibility with most publicly available SNMP management software systems. (Management software not included).
